Fairly clean and impressive place, has outstanding views of the lake. Plus, the location is particularly good, minutes from Kiwi and Birdlife Park. What's more, it's in a central area right by the supermarket, right next to the center of the town with the walking distance from all the restaurants and all restaurants...

Modern and quaint hotel in a central location later in the morning after we had visited a nearby attraction. Extremely comfy beds, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and a kettle in the room.

Absolutely stunning views of the mountains & Queenstown night lights from nicely furnished rooms, responsive employees. Comfortable bed, a balcony, a lounge, and climate control in the room. Generally efficient service with parking onsite.

The hotel is well-kept and quirky with supper friendly staff in touch with receptionist.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do during our Christmas vacation. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and recommendations. The room had all the facilities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen for our Christmas dinner.

The smell in the toilet was quite unpleasant at times, which was a bit off-putting. There were issues with the tap not having hot water when we needed it, which was inconvenient.

Fantastic location - wouldn't need a car. Clean and tidy with all the essentials sky TV, mini kitchen and iron etc. Great view and excellent staff.

The bathtub is not well designed, too small and potential get slip while stepping in...maybe shower glass would be better..

The rooms were nicely furnished and newly decorated with electric blankets and down pillows and absolutely stunning views. The location was peaceful, just a short walk away from Aj Hackett Bungy. Furthermore, to everything in city area of Queenstown.
